Freedom From Abuse & Neglect
People with disabilities will be free from abuse, neglect, exploitation and preventable deaths. People with disabilities will be free from institutionalization through full implementation of the Integration Mandate of the ADA.
Access to Services & Programs
People with disabilities will have the support they need to live and work in their chosen communities and be free from discrimination.
Valued & Respected Citizens
People with disabilities and their families will be supported to advocate for themselves, and ordinary citizens from their communities will be recruited to stand beside them.
Children & Youth
Children and youth will be free from institutionalization and will live in permanent, loving homes.
