GAO would like to congratulate our partner and colleague, Dr. Zo Stoneman on her induction into the UGA College of Family and Consumer Sciences Honor Hall of Recognition. Dr. Stoneman is Director of the University of Georgia’s Institute on Human Development and Disability and a fierce long-time advocate for disability rights.

And if that is scary to you or you really have the notion that folks would be better off some place away from you, then you’re not going to do even the simplest things to create a community where everybody is welcome and everybody has a place.”
